ABCCNJ’s
Music and Dance Ensemble bring to their audiences the rich African
influenced rhythms and dances.
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian Martial Art that
combines elements of self-defense, dance, acrobatics, music, ritual and
game. Unlike most martial arts, Capoeira is accompanied by music, which
is played on traditional instruments by other Capoeiristas.
The Juneteenth event will take place in the Edison Job Corps Academy, in the Auditorium/Gym Building 500 Plainfield Avenue, Edison, NJ The event is free and open to the public. |
