This is a request for you to please support the National Educational Network, Inc. (NENI).
NENI (pronounced nen-ee) was co-founded in April 2005 in Edison, New Jersey by a retired principal and an educational grant writer. We wanted to be able to provide urban youth, parents, educators, and community leaders with seminars and other business services at no cost (or at a reduced cost) with the help of grant funding and donations (see http://nenionline.org/neniseminars/neniseminar_index.htm).
Some additional examples of our services include serving as co-sponsors of the
annual Juneteenth NJ Festival (www.juneteenthnj.com),
sponsor of the National Grant Advocate Resource Center (www.grantadvocate.com),
and the sponsor of the website for the NJ Chapter of the American Association of
Grant Professionals.(http://www.grantadvocate.com/njaagp.htm).
We
are now trying to raise funds to establish a Parent/Family Information Resource
Center and to establish the NENI Journal, an electronic,
professional journal devoted to the improvement of education.
Our Mission:
To enrich and empower our nation's youth, parents, educators and leaders
with special attention to "at-risk" populations through grant-funded
programs and services.
NENI is a 501c3 organization listed on www.guidestar.org, a free search tool is for donors who want to verify a nonprofit's legitimacy and confirm that your contribution will be tax deductible.
